Every road user is obliged to comply with the regulations and rules of traffic signs on the road that are sometimes given by unformed police officers. There are rules that every driver must respect and follow in order not to make mistakes on the road. Some of the rules are:

  • To be 18 (or more) years of age
  • To be physically and psychologically capable to drive a vehicle.
  • To pass a test for knowledge of the traffic signs and rules.

The driver is obliged to pay their full attention to the pedestrians on the road and let them pass. When approaching the pedestrians, the driver is required to drive at a speed that allows them to stop and let the pedestrians pass. While driving, check for all kinds of signs and be careful if you notice children traffic signs. Drivers need to be very careful about this and drive at a normal speed so that you can stop anytime. If you do not let the pedestrians pass, you will face ticket up to $200.

The driver of a motor vehicle must not use a mobile phone or other device while driving the vehicle, because this can reduce the ability to react and sound management of the vehicle. Almost every country around the world prohibits the use of mobile phones while driving. This is one of the reasons for causing a lot of traffic accidents on the road. Even if you are using the device hands – free, the conversation will still draw your attention and occurrence of a traffic accident in this case is very possible.

Turn off your phone when entering into the vehicle, or do not answer the calls, if you want to protect yourself and the others around you.

The person who sits next to the driver must not distract the driver by talking or making some kind of jokes that will only make them nervous. Respecting the laws and rules of driving is important if you want to be a professional driver.
